Charmaine attended Western Kentucky University, where she received her B.A. in Corporate and Organizational Communications and a minor in Marketing.
Charmaine spent some time in both California and Arizona, where she began her sales career in the real estate industry. She quickly climbed the ladder of success and was recognized within her company as a leading salesperson.
After a few years out west, she relocated to the south where she continued a notable sales career, quickly earning the title of Salesperson of the Year and gaining recognition by being inducted into the President's Club.
Charmaine is involved in the community through local and state-wide associations and Habit for Humanity. In addition to selling real estate, she stays busy with public speaking, sales training and charitable activities.
In 2007, Charmaine raised $47,000 (setting a record high for the local chapter) earning her the title of “Woman of the Year” for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. She is currently a mentor for the campaign and stays actively involved with the board.
In her free time, Charmaine loves spending time outdoors riding her bike, skiing, hiking, or running. When not outdoors she enjoys a nice glass of wine and a good meal. Her adventurous spirit and passion for travel has led to experiencing new flavors from around the world.
